Chase bays Power Steering

Looking at options for Cleaning up the old leaky power steering lines on my 2000 integra, has anyone had anyone experience with either of these? The kit that retains the power steering is twice as expensive, and is self explanatory, however I’m curious about the Delete kit, i know how it works, but does it make it slightly smoother than just looping the lines? Has anyone done anything similar but DIY? Thanks in advance
