Reporting prior year retirement contributions from W-2

Hi all,

This happens yearly at my job but I’ve forgotten how I handled it previously. I have a line item for D in box 12 for 2024 contributions, and a very small amount for D 23. Should I add another D line on my tax return and report the D 23? I use FreeTaxUSA, I don’t believe they ask about prior year contributions.
